Cheddar Spirals

Sunday's Dinner. I served this with ham. I used my crock pot that has two separate sides and did the noodles on one side, and wrapped the ham in tin foil and cooked it on the other side. It worked out great!

16 ounces spiral pasta
2 cups half-and-half cream
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 cups (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the cream, soup and butter until smooth; stir in the cheese and pasta.

Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours or until cheese is melted.

  1. Holy cow, Marcia! I'm super impressed with your dinner plans this week. You should have told me you were fixing dinner this week, and we would have come to visit. But I'm not sure you'd have enough for us! ;)

  2. I forgot to mention... I purchased the Fit It and Forget It BIG Cookbook (1400 slow cooker recipes) awhile ago. You remind me that I need to get my cookbook out and actually use it!
